The business process and project implementation of CREMEWORKZ follows a proven guideline to maintain efficiency and to ensure customer’s expectations are met. With these guidelines, CREMEWORKZ’s work process will be made more transparent for the client to have a better understanding of the project status.

CONSULTATION

1.    Sales meeting
  • Gathering of general user requirements
  • Proposal Submission
2.    Gathering of more specific requirements
  •  Consultation and recommendations
  •  Gathering documentations
  •  More detailed understanding of business work flow
3.    Detailed system architecture and functional specifications will be developed
  •  Sign off on project functional specifications
4.    Prototyping system in wire frame
  •  Presentation of prototype and sign off of prototype

ARCHITECTURE

1.    System Architecture
2.    Database designing
3.    Structural designing
4.    Documentation

DEVELOPMENT

1.    Development
2.    Modular development
3.    Unit testing (Testing of each individual functions to ensure the modules meet the requirements)
4.    System Testing (Testing of the system in its whole to ensure integration is complete and passes test cases)

USER INTERFACE ACCEPTANCE

1.    Drafting UAT test plans
2.    Present system to client
3.    Client performs User Acceptance Testing

DEPLOYMENT

1.    Application is deployed into the client’s environment
2.    Client runs parallel-run tests to ensure system’s functionalities meet the expectations

ACCEPTANCE

The acceptance of the system will be based on the acceptance of the UAT results. The criteria for a successful UAT include:
  •  Functionalities defined in the functional specifications
  •  No critical system errors during the UAT
